Force De Fem was founded in May 2022 with a simple but powerful idea:

to create a platform where women-led startups could be seen, heard, and supported.

What began as a small initiative to give female founders exposure quickly evolved into something deeper. Force De Fem became a space where women could gather to learn—not just about business, but about mental health, resilience, leadership, and the realities that exist in between.

We were intentional from the start.

These were not meant to be “just another seminar.”

Each Force De Fem event was designed to feel grand—a celebration rather than a lecture. A room where every woman felt acknowledged, valued and reminded of her potential.
